Kutlwano Maite is a registered Clinical Psychologist who welcomes all individuals to her practice. She regards everyone’s emotional well-being and mental health as important; regardless of their race, gender/gender expression, religious beliefs, or physical attributes. Kutlwano offers psychotherapy to individuals (children included)/couples/families and groups. She views psychotherapy as a collaborative process that assists with facilitating self – and emotional awareness, insight development, empowerment of autonomy, and as a process which provides psychological support in the process of self-actualizing. In other words, psychotherapy facilitates GROWTH.

PSYCHOTHERAPY FRAMEWORK
Kutlwano uses an eclectic approach to therapy. She has been trained in various psychotherapeutic modalities and she uses this advantage to meet individuals at their needs. Kutlwano prefers this approach because of its versatility that allows for interventions to be tailored to each client’s uniqueness, their problems, goals, and expectations. Sessions can either be virtual or in person depending on the preference of the client.
