About

Kutlwano Maite is a registered Clinical Psychologist who welcomes all individuals to her practice. She regards everyone’s emotional well-being and mental health as important; regardless of their race, gender/gender expression, religious beliefs, or physical attributes. Kutlwano offers psychotherapy to individuals (children included)/couples/families and groups. She views psychotherapy as a collaborative process that assists with facilitating self – and emotional awareness, insight development, empowerment of autonomy, and as a process which provides psychological support in the process of self-actualizing. In other words, psychotherapy facilitates GROWTH.

“We’re social beings — relational, connected, part of something larger than ourselves. We are not fixed entities, but continuously emergent, complex and not predictable because we are always transforming (growing).”
– Lois Holzman
